Payment for Melbourne Water employees occurs through internal journal transfer. You will receive a registration advice and will only need to add a cost centre number to it before sending it on to Finance.

I accept and understand Clearwater Events Terms and Conditions There are two types of events; paid and unpaid.
PAID EVENTS

Cancellation/refund policy
If you cannot attend a Clearwater event, you must contact us by email at least 5 working days prior to the commencement date of the course and request either:
a) A full refund of event fees;
b) Transfer (re-scheduling) to another event; or
If you contact us less than 5 working days prior to the commencement date of the event, no refund or transfer will be available.
However, you will be able to send another person to attend the nominated event on your behalf.
Event cancellation policy
Strict minimum and maximum numbers apply to training events. An event may be cancelled or postponed if the number of attendees is less than the minimum number of attendees required. If this occurs, confirmation will be sentpiror to the the event day to confirm that the event is being cancelled or postponed. A full refund or transfer (re-scheduling) to another event will be available.
Clearwater may need to cancel or reschedule events due to factors beond our control. Clearwater will work with paid participants to transfer them to a future course occurence or refund any paid course fees.
UNPAID EVENTS
Clearwater reserves the right to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances. This information will be made available to the public on the Clearwater website. Notification of cancellation will be made via our website and social media channels and via direct contact where appropriate.
