The Interview Series brings to life each stormwater champion's experiences, motivations and challenges in gaining support for WSUD within their organisation. Caroline Chandler works at the City of Port Phillip as the Senior Sustainability Officer.
In this interview Caroline talks about the importance of developing robust policy and strategy to embed WSUD practices in an organisation. She discusses how Port Phillip initiated a task force to gain organisational and community understanding and commitment. She also discusses personal motivations and commitment to WSUD, the importance of failures to build experience and the invaluable role of WSUD networks.
