This paper delivered at the 6th International WSUD conference, discusses the importance of ensuring communities are involved in many aspects of WSUD. It also outlines two case studies on community engagement in WSUD and water quality improvement that have been undertaken at different scales recently in the Botany Bay Catchment in Sydney, Australia.
