This is a presentation given by Mandy Bolton from DELWP in July 2019 at Clearwater's Peer to Peer session titled Applying the stormwater planning controls: the Moreland Experience.
The presentation outlines the policy context, recommendations covered by the Stormwater Management Advisory Committee (MAC) in 2018, diagram of policy changes and applicable clauses and implementation and capacity building initiatives currently underway.
