ArrayStakeholder Engagement (IAP2)

A key engagement tool from the International Association for Public Participation (IAP2) is their Spectrum of Public Participation. This introduces the types of engagement and how each of them increase level of participation. It is worth noting that IAP2 use the term ‘public’ to refer to what we have called ‘community’ or ‘stakeholders’. Consider all stakeholders in your project, not just those in the ‘broader’ community (or public), but also those within your own organisation, including yourself and/or your project team.
