ArrayEPA wastewater management toolkit for local government

Environment Protection Authority (EPA) has developed a toolkit to support local government (council) officers in Victoria to understand and enforce the laws under the Environment Protection Act 2017 (the Act) and the proposed Environment Protection Regulations 2021 (the Regulations).
This toolkit sets out the new laws for on-site wastewater management systems (OWMS) with a daily design or actual flow rate of sewage capacity of 5000 litres (L) or less that councils can enforce.
