Clearwater Water Leadership Program scholarships Clearwater and the International WaterCentre are partnering to offer six scholarships to Metro and Regional Victorian applicants to participate in the next intake of the IWC Water Leadership Program. This award-winning professional development program helps emerging leaders develop the abilities they need to influence, drive change and advance integrated water management projects.
