Dear Clearwater Newsletter Subscriber, Welcome to the latest update from the Clearwater team. The last few months have been a busy period for the Clearwater Program. We have analysed a stack of data (including the results of the survey we sent out earlier this year - check out our summary report) and are currently reviewing and adapting our service offerings accordingly. Our research showed that instead of only technical skills and knowledge, there is a great need for 'soft' skills. As a result we have uploaded two training proposals to gauge the actual demand on the topics of change management and problem solving in complex environments. We are also gauging interest for a tour focussing on lessons learnt. Please let us know if you would be interested in any of these events. On the research front, we are pleased to feature two new resources in partnership with the Smart Water Fund: Alluvium's work on a Water Quality Offsets Framework and Geoff Connellan's new Best Practice Guidelines for Functional Open Space, which were launched only 10 days ago. Last but not least, we would like to draw your attention to some great community education resources: Melbourne City Council's brand new Urban Water website and some quirky French (but subtitled) videos.
