Stormwater 2012 conference and papers of interest

The second national stormwater conference was held at the Sofitel in Melbourne from 15 - 19 October. Stormwater 2012 drew in over 300 delegates. Presentations over three days covered a wide range of topics from new technologies to engagement strategies and harvesting. Clearwater's Manager, Raffaela Crupi, presented on our approach to capacity building and Anna Jennings, Clearwater's Regional Stormwater Policy Advisor, focused on building capacity with regional councils. Site tours on Friday took participants to a number of Melbourne sites including the AAMI Park Stormwater Harvesting Site and a regional tour visited a number of the City of Greater Geelong's project sites including the Easter Park Stormwater Harvesting Project (pictured).
