How do we get uptake of rainwater tanks on private land?

Dr Belinda Hatt from the Melbourne Waterway Research-Practice Partnership has led some fascinating work reviewing four case studies where rainwater tanks have been widely installed on residential properties to identify factors that support or hinder the effectiveness of stormwater control measures on private land.
