Contaminants of Emerging Concern database for the water industry

Water Research Australia members will soon be able to access a searchable online database of Contaminants of Emerging Concern (CEC). The ECHIDNA (Emerging Chemical Database of National Awareness) database with equip the water industry with relevant information to make evidence-based and informed decisions around the management of water contaminants.
ECHIDNA will be relevant across drinking water, recycled water and wastewater industries and will provide direct links to information on management options to address the risk of environmental and human health effects.
Water Research Australia launched ECHIDNA for members on October 5.
