Clearwater team changes

There are a number of movements within the Clearwater team:
- We are excited to have Emily Phillips return as Clearwater Manager. Emily previously managed the Clearwater team over two years ago, so there will be a lot catch up on!
- We welcome back Katia Bratieres as Project Development Coordinator. Katia has spent the last seven months gallivanting across France.
- We farewell Raffaela Arico and Michael Thompson who have returned to their roles within Melbourne Water. We thank both of them for all their hard work and contribution to the Program.
- Finally, Kelly Hertzog our vacation student finished up last week and moves to her new role at the City of Melbourne
