Stormwater harvest workshop for federal fund recipients

Clearwater and the WaSSH (Water Security through Stormwater Harvesting) Group have organised a series of workshops for organisations that have received funding under the Federal Stormwater Harvesting and Reuse grant. The objective of the workshop series is to create a network of funding recipients who share knowledge and experience and address common issues.

Each session will commence with a guest speaker who will provide guidance on particular aspects of project managing a stormwater harvest and reuse project. Topics will include managing risks, optimising design and reliability, reporting and community engagement. The second half of the workshop will provide an opportunity for focused small group discussion which will feed back into a wider group session. The workshop will conclude with a light lunch.

Guest Speaker for July 29 meeting is Rozi Boyle from RM Consulting.  Rozi was the Manager of Urban Water Regulatory Policy at DSE Office of Water from 2001 – 2008 and has extensive expertise in the application of economics, regulatory reform, institutional reform and scenario planning to water policy.
