Clearwater’s latest tour highlights an array of WSUD stormwater treatment measures and harvesting systems across the City of Stonnington & Port Phillip.
You will see street tree pits, raingardens in commercial and residential streets, a council depot stormwater harvesting and treatment system for vehicle washdown, stormwater harvesting system supplying irrigation for a large public park and a council owned wetland treating stormwater for release into the waterways.
Council environment, engineering, landscaping and operational staff will present onsite with project design consultants to discuss the journey of taking the project from concept to completion.
Presenters will discuss project goals, costs, engineering, landscaping and maintenance considerations, community engagement, project successes and project learnings.
